Shoutbox:

Do not spam the Shoutbox in any way. This includes:
- Posting your adoptables asking for or trying to obtain clicks.
- Posting pointless statements over and over.

Do not mini-mod in the Shoutbox. The Obsidian staff monitor the Shoutbox, just notify a member of staff if someone is breaking the rules and no moderators have seen the post.

Content:

1: Do not attack other users in any way. No flaming, no targeting.

2: Do not post anything that isn't family-friendly. This includes profanity or illegal content.

3: Do not post direct links to adoptables.

4: Do not spam other users inboxes for any reason, such as asking for clicks.

5: Do not attempt or discuss attempting to hack other users.

6: Do not attempt to obtain adoptables reserved for certain members, such as competition awards or the Staff-only Trikera. The adoptable will be deleted.

7: Do not post your adoptables on high traffic sites, including click exchanges. You may post your pets for a relatively limited number of clicks on exchanges however, just please avoid bringing large numbers of visitors to the site in short periods of time. It causes problems for the MA servers and could result in Obsidian being shut down. In the event of Obsidian being shut down we would switch to Mysidia and the Forum/Weebly sections of the site would remain. All pets found to be bringing alarming numbers of visitors to the site in a short period of time will be frozen.

FAQ:

Q: Why is there nothing in the shop?
A: If there is nothing in the shop then the adoptables available through it have either retired, or the shop has yet to have anything added.

Q: The forum link shows a 404 error?
A: If so, there is no forum currently. If there is a forum available and the link has broken, then please contact a member of staff.

Q: Root Admin isn't replying to email?
A: I unfortunately have problems with my MSN at the moment, please try the Message Centre instead.

Q: Why can't I adopt the Trikera?
A: They are reserved for staff members for the work they do for the site.

Q: The shop keeps telling me "Access Denied" when I try to view an adoptable.
A: You don't have enough money to buy it, so it won't let you view it.

Q: What's different about the shop "Special" section?
A: Those are the only adopts available in the shop that can hatch Shiny.

Q: I was sent a weird promocode which doesn't redeem anything.
A: If it's a weird jumble of numbers/letters then it's probably a breeding code. If it's a message, you can find out more on the forum.
